Poem #4: Knowing you I began to regret.

Winter months have gone,
Winter clouded my heart,
Heart hard as a stone
Since you ripped it appart.

Appart we grew since then,
But the Holy Week arrived,
With it I was full of forgiveness:
Just how naive I was.

You couldn’t go out due to schoolwork,
I swallowed that hook, sinker and line.
You made me feel like a fool
When I saw you with other guys.

Bilious, sickened by your lack of respect,
Knowing you I began to regret.
